1. What are your check-in and check-out timings?
Our standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. What types of rooms are available and what are the rates?
We offer the following room categories:

  • Luxury Balcony Room (Himalayan View) – ₹5,000 per night

  • Silver Room – ₹4,000 per night

  • Family Room – ₹6,000 per night

3. What are the booking and payment options?
To confirm your reservation, we require 50% advance payment. Payments can be made via UPI or bank transfer.

4. What amenities and services do you provide?
Guests can enjoy the following facilities during their stay:

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi

  • Secure Parking

  • In-house Restaurant

  • Garden & Outdoor Seating

  • Bonfire Arrangements (on request)

5. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before arrival will be eligible for a refund as per our policy. Cancellations made later may be subject to charges.
